Education & Teaching
The Education & Teaching pillar holds everything we do to share wisdom in a living, relational way. Here, education is not just information—it is an initiation into remembering who we are, how we belong to the Earth, and how we care for one another across cultures and generations. Through this pillar, elders such as the Mamos and Sagas of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, and other wisdom keepers from around the world, are supported to teach in ways that respect their traditions while making their guidance accessible to the wider world.
Honouring ancestral wisdom, cultivating new ways of learning.
Why Education & Teaching Matters
For many of the original peoples, knowledge is sacred. It belongs to the Earth and is carried through stories, ceremony, and lived example—not textbooks alone. At the same time, our modern world is hungry for guidance on how to live in balance.
The Education & Teaching pillar exists to:
-
Create safe, respectful spaces where elders can transmit their teachings without distortion.
-
Support ongoing learning for people who feel called to walk in service to Mother Earth.
-
Build bridges between worlds—between indigenous lineages and modern audiences, between heart knowledge and practical action.
-
Ensure that teachings are cared for, not extracted: with clear agreements, consent, reciprocity, and protection of what must remain private.
What We Do
Under this pillar, we are developing a family of offerings that will grow over time.
You can adjust these as your programs evolve:
1. Living School
Our Living School is an evolving online and in-person learning space guided by indigenous elders and aligned facilitators. It is not a traditional academic school, but a place where we learn through:
-
Story and myth
-
Ceremony and ritual
-
Direct guidance from elders
-
Practical actions rooted in everyday life
The Living School will host ongoing series, seasonal teachings, and special immersions connected to planetary missions and to the protection of the Heart of the World.
2. Classes with Elders
We support and organize live teachings with wisdom keepers such as:
-
Mamos (spiritual authorities of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta)
-
Sagas (female spiritual authorities and healers)
-
Other invited elders and guardians of sacred traditions
These offerings may include:
-
Online Zoom gatherings
-
In-person teaching circles during missions
-
Recorded teachings made available with consent and clear agreements
-
Spaces of silent transmission, where healing and activation occur simply by being present
3. Women’s Wisdom & the Sacred Feminine
Through the guidance of the Sagas and other women elders, we are creating spaces specifically devoted to:
-
The wisdom of the feminine body and biology
-
Our cyclical nature and relationship with the Earth and her waters
-
Healing of lineages, womb work, and reconnection with the Great Mother
These spaces are for women and those who feel called to walk closely with the feminine principle, always framed with deep respect and clear boundaries.
4. Educational Resources & Translation
To make this work accessible and grounded, the Education & Teaching pillar also supports:
-
Bilingual materials (for example, Spanish and English resources)
-
Transcription and translation of teachings (with consent)
-
Written guides, reflections, and educational content connected to our missions
-
Simple resources for families, schools, and communities who want to bring this consciousness into everyday life
5. Partnerships with Schools & Communities
Over time, we intend to collaborate with:
-
Schools and alternative education programs
-
Community groups and learning circles
-
Organizations wishing to bring Earth-honouring education into their spaces
These partnerships will be built slowly and intentionally, guided by the elders and by what is ethically appropriate to share.
Our Commitment
Within this pillar, we are committed to:
-
Consent & Respect
Every teaching shared is offered with the explicit permission of the elders and communities involved. Some knowledge is meant to travel; some is meant to stay protected. We honour those boundaries.
-
Reciprocity
Education is not one-way. We ensure that what is received through learning returns as support—financial, relational, and energetic—to the elders, their territories, and their communities.
-
Integrity & Transparency
We strive to communicate clearly about how teachings are held, how funds are used, and how decisions are made, so that students and donors can walk with us in trust.
The Living School Events
The Living School is one of the ways NAC Golden Bridge Foundation tends the bridge between worlds. By supporting this initiative, co-created with each educator, you help keep ancestral wisdom alive and moving, in right relationship with the Earth and with the peoples who have guarded it for generations. Together, we are learning how to live again as children of a living planet—and how to pass that remembrance on to those who come after us.

Support the Path of Learning
Your contribution helps sustain the teachings shared through this pillar and supports the tribes as they continue developing the physical spaces needed to receive students for their in-person Living School. Every donation strengthens the bridge between ancestral wisdom and the global community called to learn from it.
